. BOMB THREAT The licensee's nondestructive testing subcontractor received a call at 8:47 a.m. on March 8, 1976 informing them that two bombs had been

• g placed at the Susquenhanna construction s,ite. No nuclear fuel has been received at this facility. The licensee's security force and supervisory people are conducting a search.

Evacuation of the site

.is not, planned. The FBI has been notified by the licensee.

Media interest is expected because of current news interest involving

nuclear plants. The State of Pennsylvania has been and is being kept informed. A press release is not planned.

NRC, Region I, Philadelphia, PA received notification of this occur-rence by telephone from the licensee at 9:05 a.m. 3/8/76.
