Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
Section 552, et seg, on behalf of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, I hereby request that the NRC provide us with a copy of the document known as the " Reed Report" and the "Sub-Task Reports" associated with it.
This information is necessary to determine the impact of the contents of the Reed Report on proceedings pending before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio regarding the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
Therefore, the State requests that all fees in connection with this request be waived pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
552(a)(4)(A) and 10 C.F.R. Ch. 1, Subpart A, 9.14(e).
If you determine that some portions of the requested in-formation are exempt from release, I request that you provide me with a copy of the remainder, with the date, author, addressee, title and summary of the content of each document withheld, as well as the specific reason for the denial.
