All construction activities have been halted at the site as a result of a secondary boycott.by Surveyors, a branch of Operating Engineers Local.
l The Architect-Engineer / Constructor is filing a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board.
Media interest is expected because of interest in nuclear plants in the State of New York.
The State of New York has been and is being kept informed. A press release is not planned by the licensee or the NRC..
Region I, NRC, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania received initial notification of this occurrence from an inspector on-site and confirmed the information with a telephone call to the licensee at 10:05 a.m., December 14, 1976.
