Requests Nos 1-7 and 9-10 are objected to as not being relevant to the subject matter involved in the proceeding in light of the Appeal Board's decision in Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation (Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station), ALAB-869, 26 NRC (July 21, 1987).
