Issue 55 of EP-H-2 Issue 55 of EP-L Issue 20 of RERP-PCC Issue 8 of RERP Section 1 Issue 11 of RERP Section 7 In accerdance with 10CFR50.54Q, we have determined that any changes in these issues do not decrease the effectiveness of the Fort St.
Vrain Emergency Plans and the plans, as changed, continue to meet the intent of 10CFR50.47(b) and 10CFR50 Appendix E.
