1 Enclosed is a letter from Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc dated March 15, 1989, l
requesting amendments to export license application XUO8673. The original application listed the ultimate end users,its 2 and 4.
after enrichment of the uranium at Ningyo-Toge Works, as Fukushima II, Un The end users should be changed to Fukushima II, Unit 2 and for a reactor yet to be determined.
Also, Nuclear Fuel Industries has been added as an additional intermediate i
consignee.

In the original application, it was stated that portion of the nuclear material described therein will be used for Tokyo Electric Power Company's Fukushima II, Unit No.4 Reactor in addition to i
Fukushima II, Unit No.2 Reactor.
However, it has been learned that the nuclear material concerned may not be actually used for l
Fukushima II, Unit No.4 Reactor, but will be used for a reactor yet to be determined while the balance quantity of.the nuclear material is still expected to be used for Fukushima II, Unit No.2 Reactor.
Accordingly, we wish to amend the information included in the attachment to the above referenced application as follows:
