This order was received by counsel for the Applicants on Friday, October 16, 1987.

Counsel for the Applicants have been on trial this entire week beginning October 19, 1987, in Concord, New Hampshire, before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board i dealing with offsite issues.

It has not proved possible to prepare and file the )

memorandum and supporting technical documentation as required by this Appeal Board's order during that week of trial.
