No uranium produced, manufactured, marketed, or otherwise exported by a p
parastatal organization of South Africa or Namibia and no uranium ore or ll oxide produced or manufactured in South Africa or Namibia shall be imported l
hl into the United States under this license. Uranium hexafluoride or other forms of uranium are not barred from import, nor is uranium that has been I
substantially transformed in countries other than South Africa or Namibia, i

The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter l
necessary to complete the shipper's portion of Form NRC-741., " Nuclear Material Transactions Report."
If the licensee is the receiver of the 1.
li material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information on i

the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR Part 70.
j If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the i.
shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the I
receiver's Form NRC-741.
I 3.
The licensee shall notify Safeguards personnel for the region covering the I
port of entry, immediately, by telephone or t'elegram, if entry of any I
import shipment authorized by thi's license is ' refused by the 'U.S. Customs l
Service.

Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show a copy of this I
license to U.S. Customs Service.

- 1. Nuexco Transportation Services Company ("NUEXCO TRANS-PORT"), a Colorado corporation, will sell, transfer and convey--as of 11:59 P.M.
December 31, 1988--to Nuclear Transportation & Services Company (the " Company"), a Delaware i
corporation, all of its assets including equipment (computers, printer, software, telephones, answering machine and telecopy machine) installed, and supplies and reference documents stored in its Alexandria, Virginia location; good will; and pending registered trademark, NuTranS...
- 2. Any outstanding contracts, agreements, receivables, export and import licenses, permits and physical protection plans held by NUEXCO TRANSPORT--as of 11:59 P.M.
December 31,1988--will be transferred and assigned, to the extent this can be reasonably accomplished, to the Company.

NuTranS continues to be headed by Dr. Robert L. Bovey and remains under long-term contract to perform transportation services for-Nuexco to the same high standards as in the past.
