NRC STAFF MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE OUT OF TIME On February 27, 1988, Elizabeth Dolly Weinhold filed a appeal of the Licensing Board's decision in Public Service Company of New Hampshire (Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2), LBP-89-03, 29 NRC (January 30, 1989).

The Staff wrongly considered the time allowed by 10 C.F.R. 5 2.730(c) in computing its response date as March 20, 1989.

The Staff regrets this failure and requests leave to file the accompanying 1

The undersigned attempted to obtain Ms.

Weinhold's consent to this request but she was unavailble.

filing is being sent via express mail to Ms. Weinhold and counsel for l

applicants.
