-l NRC-33-85-330 Modification No. 5 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to exercise.the option to extend the term of the contract for one additional year,.in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated May 8, 1987 and revised. cost proposal dated June 4, 1987,_and to revise provisional indirect rates. The following changes are applicable.
l A. Paragraph-B.2.A is deleted in its entirety and the following ,
l paragraph is substituted therefore. f "B.2.A. . Total Estimated Cost...........$635,237.OO" i D. Paragraph F.3,.Ducatign_gf_gggttact_Pgtigd - the first i sentence is revised to read:
"The period of performance hereunder shall commence on June 28, 1985 and shall continue through June 27, 1988."
C. Paragraph G.1.A, Estimgtgd_gggt_agd_Ggggidgtatigg, is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in

- 1. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government f or full performance of this contract will be
$635,237.00. The actual cost and fee shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.for each task order issued hereunder.
- 2. The total amount of funds currently obligated for payment under this contract is $400,000.00.
D. Paragraph G.2, QvgthgadfGengtg1_agd_8dgigipttgtive_Bgteg, is changed to delete subparagraphs D through G, and substitute the following subparagraphs:
D. Pending the establishment of final overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect .

E. Pending the establishment of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on 1 audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 12.1 percent of total direct labor, overhead, and other direct costs.
E. In summary, this modification accomplishes the following actions:
- 1. Exercises the option to extend the term of the contract for one year through June 27, 1988.
- 2. Revises the consideration clause of the contract to change the total estimated cost for full performance of the contract from $652,955.00 to $635,237.00, and increases the amount of' funds obligated by $100,000.00 from $300,000.'00 to,$400,000.OO.
- 3. Adjusts provisional rates according to the latest audit information available.
