Pursuant to a March 14, 1989 telephone conference call with counsel for the parties and the Chairman of this Board, the schedule for hearing in this case is revised as follows:
1 Wednesday, May 10, 1989 Parties Pref 11e Testimony and a Joint Stipulation Wednesday, May 24, 1989 Hearing commences at 1:30 P.M.
l In addition the following matters were discussed and agreed upon.
The parties estimate the entire case will take one and one-half to two and one-half days to try. Counsel for the NRC Staff will send a proposed joint stipulation to counsel for Mr. Acosta in the next few weeks.
