Dear Mr. Michaels:

This is to confirm the informatica on the NTR graphite I gave you during our telephone conversation of June 24, 1987. The graphite moderator / reflector was dismantled in 1976. The graphite interior to the core can was discarded and replaced. The exterior graphite was annealed to 300 C. The graphite has l received an exposure of approximately 43.3 mwd since the annealing. ,
