This letter is written to memorialize our conversation of March 15, 1989, concerning the appearance of Staff inwitnesses duringyou our discussion, the exercise phase of the upcoming evidentiary hearings, clarified Rather, youthat while your lettj Depositions", you are not seeking depositions at this time.

indicated that you wish to question Mr. Perrotti either by deposition or at the hearings. You also indicated that it would be difficult for you to schedule a deposition of Mr. Perrotti during the next two weeks, due to other time constraints you are facing. Finally, you indicated that you are interested in examining Staff witnesses concerning Exercise Objectives 10 and 11.

As I mentioned, Mr. Perrotti has An announced existing MChis retirement Staff from the policy prohibits agency, effective March 31, 1989.
