We have one item 4 before us this afternoon. 5 Before I ask the Secretary to lead us through the 6 item, do my fellow Commissioners have any opening remarks? 7 (No. response.) 8 CHAIRMAN ZECH: If not, please, Mr. Bates. I 9 MR. BATES: Mr. Chairman, the one item this afternoon 10 is SECY 87-160, " Citizens Concerned about Nuclear Power, Motion 11 to Reopen the Record in the South Texas Licensing Proceeding." 12 The Commission is being asked to respond to a May 29, 13 1987 motion from the Intervenor, Citizens Concerned About 14 Nuclear Power, Incorporated, to reopen the record in the now I t 15 completed South Texas Nuclear Plant licensing proceedings. I 16 All of the Commissioners have approved an order, which was circulated earlier, which denies the motion and 17 18 refers the matter to the Staff for consideration under 10 CFR 19 2.206. 20 Would you affirm your votes, please? 21 CHAIRMAN ZECH: Aye. 22 COMMISSIONER ROBERTS: Aye. 23 COMMISSIONER BERNTHAL: Aye. 24 CHAIRMAN ZECH: Is there anything else to come before 25 us? m
