referenced letter concerning the subject cri teria.
As described in j
the telephone conversation, pipe - support -loads for moderate energy, non-seismic Category 1 piping. 2 inches and smaller. may be calculated using the. equivalent static load method (ESL).
The ESL method is described in FSAR -Section 3.7.B.3.5.

i has been previously reviewed and' accepted by. the NRC in Supplement 4 to the Vogtle~ Safety Evaluation Report.
