Purpose of Meeting:
The NRC onsite inspectors requested a meeting in which TU Electric could describe room'and area turnovers including TU Electric commitments for turnovei inspections, inspections to be performed by Construction, inspections to be performed by Operations, when turnover from Construction to operations will take place, the roll of Startup during turnovers, and how turned over rooms and areas will be controlled.
