Gentlemen.
i You were recently notified, in a letter dated April 29, 1987, by the NRC Region I Office that revision 7 to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) was consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), and hence acceptable.
Revision 7 to your FNMCP was initially submitted by your cover letter dated February 19, 1987 and consisted of 22 revised and/or new pages.
In a letter dated April 16, 1987, you further revised two pages (pages 3-5 and 5-5) of your initial revision 7 submittal.
Accordingly, we are revising License Condition 2.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-368, effective immediately, to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 throuck 8.0 of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, Rs
