ment personnel relative to the safeguards licensing authority within the 1 NRC. What was formerly.the " Safeguards Material Licensing and 1 International Activit'les Branch" is now the " Licensing Branch."
I (the undersigned) have replaced Dr. Willard B. Brown as Acting Branch Chief, and Mr. Philip Ting has replaced Mr. C. N. (Mih). Smith as Section Leader of the MC&A and Physical Security Licensing Section. In order to maintain an efficient utilization of staff within the Licensing Section, it has j become necessary to make some changes in licensing reviewer assignments.
