The following is' a summary of Plant Operations for February 1989.' 1 The plant operated at 100% power until February 8th at .1142 hours0.0132 days <br />0.317 hours <br />0.00189 weeks <br />4.34531e-4 months <br />,

, when the load was reduced to' 98% power to initiate repairs on #2

. Feedwater Regulating Valve. At 1158 hours0.0134 days <br />0.322 hours <br />0.00191 weeks <br />4.40619e-4 months <br /> the . problem was corrected and the plant began a load increase. By .1245 hours0.0144 days <br />0.346 hours <br />0.00206 weeks <br />4.737225e-4 months <br /> the unit had returned to 100%. ,

On February 1st at 1325 hours0.0153 days <br />0.368 hours <br />0.00219 weeks <br />5.041625e-4 months <br /> the plant commenced a . load reduction ,

to' 96% power to repair the #4 Feedwater Regulating Valve. At.1352 l

hours the valve problem was corrected and the plant - began i increasing load. By 1400 hours0.0162 days <br />0.389 hours <br />0.00231 weeks <br />5.327e-4 months <br /> the unit had returned to 100%

power.

On February 26th at- 0003 hours3.472222e-5 days <br />8.333333e-4 hours <br />4.960317e-6 weeks <br />1.1415e-6 months <br /> power was reduced to 65% load for a routine Turbine Valve Test. At 0245 hours0.00284 days <br />0.0681 hours <br />4.050926e-4 weeks <br />9.32225e-5 months <br /> the test was successfully completed. By 0730 hours0.00845 days <br />0.203 hours <br />0.00121 weeks <br />2.77765e-4 months <br /> the unit was operating at 100% power.
