Revision 15 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan
Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, we are requesting your approval of the enclosed Revision 15 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security l
Plan.
This revision formalizes Proposed Change No.1 to our Physical Security Plan which was submitted as Reference (b).
This submittal also reflects incorporation of comments generated by Ms. J. Gibson, (NMSS) and Mr. R. Dube (RER) as a result of a meeting held at NRC offices in Betheseda, Md. on September 15, 1987. The assessment of these comments is found in Attachment B.
Attachment A to this letter provides the revised Security Plan pages.
Both Attachment A and B are considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION and as such, are to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
