It is my understanding that a meeting will be taking place between the NRC and Northern States Power Company on Friday, August 14, 1987. In order that local officials and the general public may be better informed on this matter, I'am requesting a change of meeting place from Bethesda, Maryland to St. Paul, Minnesota.
I would greatly appreciate any efforts you can make to affect this change.
