Dear Sir:
This letter conveys our response to Mr. K. L. Heitner's letter of September 22, 1987, addressing additional information and revisions to the Fort St.
Vrain Physical Security Plan prior to Commission approval.
Our response is enclosed as enclosure 1 to this letter. The material in enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is l
l prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act ot 1954, as amended.
Therefore, this material with the exception of this letter I
should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
