Reference is made to a meeting held on April 5 -1983, between Mr. Lewis Robertson of my staff and you regarding establishment of Tayloe Associates as a security facility under contract NRC-17-83-399, " Stenographic Reporting Services."

At this meeting Mr. Robertson apprised you of the necessity of a security plan, personnel security clearances, and highlighted some of the more crit-ical security elements necessary for security facility approval.

In addi-tion, he offered to more closely assist you if necessary.. In considera-l tion of Article XV of the contract and lapsed time since that meeting, it l

is imperative that steps be taken by you to effect security facility approval.
