Frances Skolnick, appointed representative of TMIA and SVA, agrees with the Licensee and the NRC that there is no indication in the Petition to Intervene that she is either an attorney or a member of TMIA and therefore able to represent this organization according to the requirements set forth in 10 C.F.R. $2.713(b).

It was an omission on both Ms stuchinski and Ms Skolnick's part to provide the information that Ms Skolnick is a member of T.M.I. A and has been duly appointed by the members to represent T.M.I A. in the hearings concerning the amendment to the GPU Nuclear License.
As a mctnber of T.M.I. A and as an appointed representative,Ms Skolnick fulfils the requirements of 10 C.F.R. $2.713(b).
