,l Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (,1985), the following violation was l
identified:
'l Technical Specifications, Section 6.8.1.a. states that written procedures shall

Level Loss - Unit 1," Revision 51, required, among other things, that the licensee stop all movement in response to the spent fuel pit low level alarm.

Contrary to the above, during the entire refueling, the licensee faileo to stop all fuel movement while the spent fuel pit level was below the alarm setpoint and the alarm was enunciated.
