The original issue of the Operability Criteria for Evaluation of Lower Drywell Access Platforms (BFN-50-C-7302) was submitted by the referenced. This served as the basis for an NRC Safety Evaluation Report dated July 26, 1988.

This criteria has subsequently been revised by TVA and reviewed with your inspectors during a recent civil / structural audit at the Browns Ferry site.

During the audit exit meeting of February 24, 1989, resubmittal of this revised operability criteria was requested. '

In accordance with your request, enclosed is Revision 1 of the Operability Criteria for Evaluation of Lower Drywell Access Platforms (BFN-50-C-7302 Revision 1).
