Dear Ms. Francis:
Thank you for your letter dated February 13, 1989 (letter) informing the staff
.j' of the captioned ownership share transfer.
In light of-the fact that, a) the transaction proposed in your letter involves the transfer of a very small ownership share, b) between two small participants in the Millstone facility, j
and c) conforms with the Sharing Agreement signed by all of the Millstone I
participants, the staff has determined that no further review of the transfer is required.
j The proposed transfer of ownership interest as described in your letter does involve the deletion of a licensee from the operating license and we assume j
the Northeast Nuclear Energy Company will be coming forth with the necessary application for amendment in the near future.. floreover, in the future, the staff would appreciate more advance notification (i.e.,-more than the two. days proposed in this instance) of the consummation of.any proposed changes that
)
may involve license amendments.
