It was determined that the changes do not reduce the commitments in the program i

NRC, and therefore, were

.l submitted to the NRC in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71 as provided in 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3).

We are satisfied that this method of reporting changes to the QA Program description is in full agreement with the Code of Federal Regulations.
