Under the Freedom of II$ formation Act, 5 t!.S.C. #552, I am requesting copies of any and all proceedings involving an alleged incident et the Peach Bottom Nuclear Power Plant in Peach Bottom, Pa.
It is my under-standing, according to a recent article in th's Baltimore Sun, tMit an NRO employee was accused of sippping on the job at Peach Bottom, and j
that the NRC has decided to exonerate said employee.
As a citizen living near the Peach Bottom plant, and as a citizen concerned with the potential for accident at nuclear power plants.
I request the report on this incident as a means of furthering my ability to judga for myself the safety of my local nuclear plant.
Though I have no copy of the Sun article, I believe it was tublished on June 18 or 19; the article stated clearly that the above requested information would be available through FOIA proceedings.
