This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 7, 1989, which transmitted changes to the University of Illinois Physical Security Plan for your Advanced TRIGA Reactor under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provision of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable.
We noted that Figures II-3 and V-4 were missing from the copy of the revision that was enclosed with your letter. We understand from a telephone call with you on March 7, 1989 that this was an administrative error, and that there j
were no changes made to these figures. We have made copies of the referenced j
figures from the 9/29/87 revision and have inserted them into the current plan.

disclosure.
