Trash Removal - will be performed by a licensed operator through the use of a subcontractor furnished compactor. Pickups will be performed twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. The subcontractor will report to the Chief Engineer each time a pickup is made.

The Chief Engineer will perform, or cause to be performed an inspection of the container location to assure that all spillage and litter has been properly cleaned up.

All dumping will be at a certified disposal facility, as warranted by the trash disposal subcontractor.

W A similar plan of phased.in trash removal services is incorporated in our proposal. We f propose to contract for one standard dumpster to be placed on site during the unoccupied period. This should be adequate for the limited amount of trash that will be generated in that period. Additionally, we are proposing that the dumpster be emptied on an "on-call" basis rather than a fixed schedule.

At the onset of the occupancy phase-in we propose to site the required compactor, but to continue to have the system pulled and dumped on an "on-call" basis until such time as it is determined that full compliance with the contract specifications should be initiated. We have been in contact with trash removal firms that service the area of One White Flint North and have confirmed our contentions by apprising them of the building and population statistics as well as the phased occupancy. We believe this approach is the most efficient and effective manner of handling the initial year of the contract. 1 I
