Technical Specification changes will be necessary resultina from the chance in fuel and safety analysis supplier for cycle 10 operation.

Licensine action was submitted on November 15, 1988.
Approval is e::cected crior to Unit startup followino_the refuel outage.
I A separate Technical Specification Submittal for a reduced RCS flow rate (2 325,000 cpm) was submitted to the NRC en 2/1/89. Accroval of this Technical Specification needs to be issued prior to achievina 100% power operation followinc refueline.

new or different fuel desip or supplier, unreviewed design or performance analysis methods, significant changes in fuel design, new operating procedures:
Cycle 10 will be unicue in that it will be the first cycle where the fuel and safety analysis will be supplied by Advanced Nuclear Fuels for Millstone Unit 2.
