(M a' copy of all the documents you sent in-July 1986 to the Region IV Office of the Nucledr Regulatory Commission is enclosed.
It should be noted that a number of the documents were stamped by Airco with a " proprietary information" notice.

regarding,the proprietary documents, and both companies gave a positive notice j
