Docket 50-112 License R-53 You will find enclosed six copies of the technical specifications, security plan, and environmental appraisal for the mothballing of the OU AGN 211-P reactor.
We are requesting that the facility ~ be exempt from 10 CFR 50.54 (R) since.the reactor will be maintained in ' a configuration with k 0.8 and no
' critical operations will be allowed.
We also request that we be exempted from maintaining a'requalification program.
