The District has reviewed the Restart Report (referenced) and has updated it to reflect those changes which have occurred since its issue. This revised report will be the base document from which the Restart Action Plan Report

!! , L(RAPR) will be dev11cped. The RAPR document will incorporate the Restart Report (attached), Rancho Seco Action Plan and the restart scope list. It is intended to provide a single source of information for use in determining the District's plan for restarting Rancho Seco.

' The update to the Restart Report is provided to the staff for use in the generation of the staff's Safety Evaluation Report. ifnen the restart scope list has been assembled and verified, it will be incorporated into the RAPR for subinittal to the NRC as described above. If there are any questions pertaining to this 9estart Report update or the RAPR document, please contact Karl Meyer of ry staff.  !
