this revision do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and, f
therefore, are being submitted to Region I under the provisions 10 CFR 50.54(P).
The Plan was completely rewritten to include the requirements of the revised 10 CFR 73.71, Reporting of Safeguards Events, published in the Federal Register on June 9,1987, and therefore, no summary of the revisions is included.
