I am writing on behalf of the appellants to inform the Appeal Board of the division of time among the appellants participating t at the oral argument on July 24, 1987, as well as the names of counsel representing those appellants. Diane Curran, Esq.,

representing the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, has been allocated forty minutes. Robert Backus, Esq., representing the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, has been allocated thirty minutes. I will present argument on behalf of Attorney General James M. Shannon and have been allocated twenty minutes. Each counsel wishes to reservo five minutes of his or her allotted time for rebuttal.
