Commission on the dates that those replies, under 10 CFR 2.730, would be due for placement in the mails We grant this request for expedition, and accordingly, interveners' reply, if any, is to be in the Secretary's possession by 4:00 p.m. on July 27, 1987; the NFC staff's reply is to be in the Secretary's possession by July 30, 1987.
