DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 FEEDWATER SPLIT-FLOW BYPASS VALVES SDAR: CP-88-29 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)

Gentlemen:

On April 22, 1988, TV Electric notified the NRC by letter logged TXX-88384 of a reportable deficiency involving a feedwater design modification which was not incorporated into the FSAR Chapter 15 accident analysis.

The last report submitted on this issue was logged TXX-88812, dated November 30, 1988.

The.

. purpose of this supplemental report is to revise the corrective action implementation schedule.

Qualification of the Unit 1 feedwater split-flow bypass. valve is continuing and will be complete by April 15, 1989.

The Unit 2 valves will be qualified prior to Unit 2 fuel load.
