I MOTION OF SEACOAST ANTI-POLLUTION LEAGUE FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR VACATION OF STAY
.l NOW COMES the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, and respectfully requests that it be granted leave to file the attached Supplemental Response to the Applicants' Motion for Vacation of Stay.
In support hereof, SAPL states that as set forth in its original responsive pleading, it was unable to prepare complete briefing within the schedule allowed by the commission, due to the requirements of litigation of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plans.
