After your call, I contacted Elmer Bourque, City Solicitor for the City of Manchester.
He informed me that the vote rcproduced as Attachemnt A to the Applicant's September 4, 196/ Motion for Suggestion of Mootness or In
.l the Alternative For Summary Disposition was formally adopted by the Manchester Board ~of Mayor and Aldermen on September 1, 1987.
Mr.
i Bourque also indicated that no further action has been taken ny the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to modify the position they took on l
September 1, 1987.
