Pursuant to the antitrust review of. the captioned nuclear unit, the Director

of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regu'ation has made a finding in accordance with Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of'1954, as amended, that no significant antitrust changes have_ occurred subsequent to the previous antitrust operating license review of Flant Vogtle, Unit 1. This. finding is subject to reevaluation if a menter of the public requests same in response to 4 publication 'of- the finding in the Feder61 Register.
