Condition 7 - The licensee sholi complete and submit on NRC Forn 741 for eoch shipment of source material exportad under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shol! aouise the NRC in the event there 4 any change in the designo, tion of the compery who will package the nuclear inaterial to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of .the packaging operation, c' least three weeks prior to the tcheduled date of export.
) Condition 9 - The material to be exported un@er this license shall either' be protected in transit, while within U.S. jurisdiction, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 73 and the licensee's approved security plan or shall be protected in transit, while within U.S. ' jurisdiction, by the Department of. Energy (D0E) Safe Secure Transport (SST) system in accordance with DOE requirements and directives for the transport of such material.
