Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71 requires as a condition of general license provisions an approved quality assurance (QA) program based upon the criteria of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71. Accordingly, we are unable to register you for use of the packages requested at this time.

It will be necessary for you l

to obtain a valid QA program prior to the registration as a package user or the delivery of licensed material to a carrier for transport pursuant to 10 l

CFR Part 71.
