On behalf of my client, Sargent & Lundy and its individual partners, I request that your agency provide me with J
copies of all materials made available for inspection in accordance with FOIA Request 87-40.
In addition, I request that copies of all materials produced to either the plaintiffs in the Zimmer litigation (Dayton Power & Light, Cincinnati Gas 1
& Electric Company and Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company) and/or General Electric Company be provided to me.
In compliance with applicable regulations, I promise to pay reasonable charges incurred for search and copying costs.
I understand that certain of the materials which have been produced pursuant to FOIA Request 87-40 contain proprietors information of General Electric Company.
I understand that General Electric Company, through its internal counsel, Mr. Harold Neems, is forwhrding to you by an express mail service written permission for you to release this proprietors information to our firm on behalf of Sargent &
