License Change Application 155 Attached are three algned originals and 40 conformed copics of 1ieense Chango Application (LCA) 155 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
A check for $150 is attached in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
Part 170.
This LCA makes an administrative change to the Technical Specification for the Solid Radioactive Waste System.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 155 to the chief executivo of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
