Your letter of February 7th to the attention to Dr. Richard Gallagher has been referred to me since Dr. Gallagher. has left WPI and is now President of Clarksan University.
I want to acknowledge your letter dealing with the examinations of two of our persons who had applied for license to operate the WPI Open Pool Training ' Reactor.
I want to acknowledge receiving this information and to let you know that the data have been placed on i
file at our Nuclear Reactor Facility.
I do not have any questions concerning the data you have sent me.
Should any arise I will check with Professor John A. Mayer who directs dur Nuclear Program and with Mr. Tom Newton who directs our Nuclear Reactor Facility.
We, who have been ct WPI since the reactor first went critical in December of 1959, have been extremely pleased with the history of nuclear engineering activities at WPI.
