THREE MILE ISLAND ALERT INC.'S AUTHORIZATION FOR MS. FRANCES SKOLNICK, A MEMBER OF TMIA, TO ACT AS INTERVENOR REPRESENTING THE ORGANIZATION As Chairperson of Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. (TMIA), I filed an affidavit on August 31, 1987 requesting a public adjudicatory hearing to litigate the safety of the license amendment, Technical Specification Change Request No. 56, by General Public Utilities Corporation (GPU) for the Unit 2 reactor.
In my affidavit, I authorized Ms. Frances Skolnick, of the Susquehanna Valley Alliance, to act as intervenor representing TMIA in adjudicatory hearings.
I neglected to state in the affidavit that Ms. Skolnick is and has been a member of TMIA, and l
has been authorized by the membership of TMIA to intervene on behalf of the organization.
