Gentlemen:
On June 15, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance report (NCR) dispositions.
This.is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of

- 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest interim report on this issue logged TXX-88726, was submitted on October 12, 1988.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report no later than April 28, 1989.
