LOCATION: One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland Room 10 B 11-PURPOSE: Licensee's. response to NRC Order on Enforcement regarding events leading to loss of shutdown cooling in May 1988 includes statements on differences of understanding on intent and operation of Waterford. Management discussion will be focused the issues that led to this concern.
